The ever popular Tea Party concert offers the perfect blend of light music and refreshments in the palm court style. Mezzo soprano Kathryn Whitney performs songs by Arthur Sullivan, Edward Elgar, George Bizet, May Brahe's Bless This House and Richard Rodger's My Funny Valentine. A Journey down the Danube in this romantic concert devoted to the music of Franz Lehar, Emerich Kalman, Richard Tauber and the Strauss Family. Highlights of the programme include the Emperor Waltz, the Annen and Tritsch-Tratsch Polkas and selections from Robert Stolz's White Horse Inn. Pacific Opera's soprano Lambroula Pappas and Island tenor Ken Lavigne will
delight with love duets from the great operettas.

Join the Orchestra in a tribute to Arthur Fiedler and the Boston Pops featuring the music of
Leroy Anderson. Toronto pianist Catherine Wilson is featured in the Piano Concerto which she performed in the KCTS film Once Upon a Sleighride. The orchestra play selections by Emile Waldteufel, Billy Mayerl, Archibold Joyce and Tolchard Evan’s Lady of Spain. The concert ends with John Philip Sousa's Liberty Bell March immortalised as the signature tune of Monty Python's Flying Circus.
